Frequently Asked Questions

Is a PDF really worth $24 when there are free ones?

Free templates are free for a reason — they are built to be filled in, not to be kept. This is designed to sit on your kitchen table for nine months, be handed to your mum, and end up in the memory box after the day. You are not paying for a spreadsheet, you are paying for the object.

Only thirteen pages — is that enough?

Yes. The competition sells hundred-and-sixty-page bundles because more pages sound like more value; in practice you use eleven of them. This kit is thirteen pages because those are the thirteen you actually reach for: the checklist, the two-part budget, the guest list, the vendor directory, the seating chart, the day-of timeline, and space for notes. Every page earns its place.

Can I type into it?

No. This is a print-and-write planner — you fill it in by hand. It is not an editable template and it is not a Canva file. There is no software to learn and nothing to log into. If you specifically want something you can type into, this is not the right product for you, and we would rather say so now.

What do I actually receive?

An email with a download link, usually within a minute or two of ordering. The download contains two PDFs — one sized for A4 and one for US Letter. Nothing is posted to you.

What if the email does not arrive?

Check your spam folder first, as automated emails sometimes land there. If it is not there after ten minutes, reply to your order confirmation and we will send the files straight over.

How many times can I download it?

Five, which is plenty for changing laptop or losing the file once. The link does not expire, so you can come back to it months later. Keep the email.

Do I need a special printer?

No. Any home printer will do. There is one setting that matters — print at 100% rather than "fit to page" — and the Print Guide covers it, along with paper suggestions if you would like it to feel especially lovely.

I have already started a spreadsheet. Do I have to start over?

No. Pour what you have straight into the printed pages — the guest list transfers in about ten minutes, the budget in twenty. Most brides find the printed planner ends up doing the thinking while the spreadsheet stays open in a tab.

My wedding is in four months. Is it too late?

Not at all. The checklist runs backwards from twelve months, so start at the section matching your countdown and work forward. Nothing assumes you began a year out.

Can I share it with my mum or my maid of honour?

Print as many copies as you like for your own wedding, and hand them to whoever is helping. What you cannot do is share the file itself or resell it — see Licensing.

Can I get a refund?

Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, which is standard for digital products. If you have not used your link yet, email us within fourteen days and we will refund you in full. And if anything is genuinely wrong — broken link, corrupted file, not as described — we will always put it right. Full details in the Refund Policy.

Something else?

Email us. We would much rather answer a question before you buy than have you sit with something that is not what you wanted.
