Everything Gilded Laurel sells is a digital file. Nothing is posted, so there is no shipping cost, no delivery window and nothing to track.
How it arrives
An email with your download link is sent automatically the moment your payment clears. In practice it arrives within a minute or two, at any hour, anywhere in the world.
You will receive two emails: an order confirmation, and then a second one carrying the download link. The confirmation usually arrives first — if you have that but not the link, give it a couple of minutes.
What is in the download
Two PDF files, the same planner in two paper sizes:
- US Letter — for the United States and Canada
- A4 — for the UK, Europe, Australia and elsewhere
You only need one. Both are included so you do not have to think about it at checkout.
If it has not arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder first — automated emails often land there, and it is the answer nine times out of ten.
If it is still missing after ten minutes, reply to your order confirmation email and we will send the files across directly. You will not be left waiting.
Download limits
Your link works up to five times, which covers changing computer, losing the file, or coming back to reprint the guest list months later. The link does not expire.
Keep the email. If you lose it, contact us and we will reissue the link.
What you need
Any device that opens a PDF, and a printer — or a print shop, if you would prefer a heavier paper or a proper binding. No software to buy, no account to create.

International orders
There are none, in the sense that matters. Digital delivery is the same everywhere — no customs, no duties, no waiting. Prices are shown in US dollars.
